Add our calculator to your site
Our device efficiency calculator is free for any website or blog. Your visitors type in how much power a device uses, and see what it costs to run for a year, in money and in carbon, and what a more efficient one would save. No sign-up, no cookies and nothing to install.
Try it out
This is just how it will look and work on your page.
Copy, paste, done
Paste this code into your page, in the spot where you want the calculator to appear. It fills the width of that spot and grows or shrinks to fit, so there are no scroll bars.

<script async src="https://carbonmission.com/embed.js"></script>Start in your visitors’ country
The calculator uses the electricity price and carbon figure for a country. It picks a starting place from the time zone on each visitor’s device. Add data-region to choose where it starts yourself. Visitors can still change it themselves.

<script async src="https://carbonmission.com/embed.js"></script>If your site does not allow scripts
Some site builders only allow a frame (a window onto another page). Use this instead. It cannot change its own height, so make the height number bigger if you see a scroll bar on small screens.

- Money and carbon are always shown side by side, because cutting one cuts the other.
- Every price and carbon figure comes from a public body, which the calculator names and links to. Those bodies are independent of The Carbon Mission and do not endorse it.
- It works with a keyboard and a screen reader, fits phones, and follows each visitor’s light or dark setting.
- It carries a small link back to The Carbon Mission. Please leave it in, so people can find more ways to save.
